Terrible customer service, unable to get through on the phone and email go unanswered, but happy to take money without even an acknowledgement of order.

Why do you completely ignore emails, absolutely appalling way to treat customers 😡

I know it's already been asked buy yes when are you posting orders out? I've emailed twice asking this with no reply, I'm in Queensland and it's warming up already and I would like to see my roses turn up before it gets too warm😕
