Ordering Information

ONLINE ORDERS

To order roses online, select add to cart on each item that you wish to purchase. The quantity of each rose is available to be adjusted at checkout, or when you view your cart.

Once you have finalised your order, select checkout, make sure to correctly complete your personal details and payment method.

Select process order now. When your order has been securely placed, you will receive an email confirmation from Knight’s Roses. if you do not receive this, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that payment is automatically deducted once your order is processed.

  • PayPal

If we are unable to supply you with an item once it has been ordered, we will contact you to discuss further options.

Knight’s Roses do not take responsibility for any errors on your order confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to check and ensure that your order and personal details are correct. If you notice any errors, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct this error.

When all the roses in your order are available to ship, we will package and dispatch your order. You will receive a shipment email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Orders that contain only giftware and accessories will be dispatched within 3 business days of ordering.

PHONE ORDERS

To place a phone order, please call us on (08) 8523 1311 and select 1 for Retail. We are happy to answer and questions you may have.

Payment Method

Phone orders have the following payment methods available:

  • Credit Card – We accept VISA or Mastercard. Payment will be processed via our EPTPOS machine
  • PayPal – please advise us if PayPal is your preferred payment method. An invoice will be sent to your email address
  • Cheque/Money Order – Please make out to Knight’s Roses and post to our mailing address
  • Direct Deposit – this is not our preferred method of payment. If this is your only method of payment, please let us know

UNPAID ORDERS

Knight’s Roses will not dispatch your order until full payment is made. Unpaid orders will be held for 4 weeks. If no contact is made in this time, the order may be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

Knight’s Roses will accept cancellations up until the 1st of June of that year. Any additions to your order from this date will unfortunately not be accepted and a new order will need to be placed. Knight’s Roses hold the right to refuse cancellations. If the cancellation of an order is approved, a cancellation fee will apply.
