Ingredients- Mango Butter, Candelilla Wax, Arnica, Grapeseed Oil, Soybean Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Natural Vitamin E, Peppermint Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil.

Directions- Remove the cap and press bottom up the tube upwards. Extend the balm no more than 5mm out of the tube. Liberally apply to sore area and massage into skin. Cardboard tube is recyclable.
