Westerland is a colourful climber that offers a spectacular display of ovoid buds that open into large, ruffled, copper-orange blooms that reveal crimson stamens.

Against very healthy, dark green foliage, the clusters of beautiful blooms carry a? strong spicy clove fragrance & bloom in flushes throughout the season if regularly trimmed.

With vigorous upright canes and growth up to 3m, this climber is suited to position against a fence or wall, grow as a pillar with support or allow to free-stand in a corner, however is less ideal over a small arch as it carries a lot of thorns.
